Timer improvements and bug fixes

Today we've updated the game with several improvements and bug fixes in line with all of the feedback you have provided. We once again thank you for the very helpful feedback!


We have improved the timer visuals that usually appear before matches. Once you find an opponent, both teams usually have 60 seconds to change their tactics before the match starts.

This was perhaps not completely clear for everyone, as some people didn't understand why matches were not starting immediately after pressing the start match button; whereas others couldn't understand why matches were starting while they were still preparing themselves. This was mostly related to the timer that was hardly visible. We have since changed the position of the timer, and added an animation so that everyone can see how much time is left before kickoff.

We have also successfully fixed several bugs. One of the most notable bugs was the one located on the "My Cards" section of the game which was not showing your cards. This has been fixed, while issues regarding the overall rating of players after training them and the level 1 stats of the player have also been solved!

Expand your card slots!

Do you lack card slots? Well this is your chance to expand them! You will this week be able to expand your card slots with a 10% discount.

If the normal price for your next card slot upgrade was for example 25000 Manager Cash, then it will for this week be 22500 Manager Cash only. The same logic applies to expanding card slots with Manager Coins.

Manager cash after matches rebalanced

In the last couple of weeks, we have tested the amount of Manager Cash players received after matches in order to find the ultimate balance in terms of player engagement. After analyzing all the data, we came up with the following balance which we believe will be best for everyone:

Manager cash based on the amount per result:
Win: 1 200
Draw: 720
Lose: 360

Of course all multipliers will still apply. It’s possible that you previously earned less, the same or more Manager Cash for a match result. Now, the rate is the same for everyone.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused by our A/B-testing. Due to this, all clubs in the game have received a compensation of 10,000 Manager Cash.

Stamina issues solved!

Today we've updated the game according to all the feedback we've received about the stamina decrease in Club Manager. Most of you were concerned that the stamina being used during matches was too much.

We have for this reason made it friendlier and more realistic. Players now use less stamina during exhibition matches than during division matches. Stamina increase when your players are not playing during a match (substitutes or in your card inventory) however remains the same.

We suggest that you rotate your players every now and then to give them rest so that they have time to recover, since a fatigued team is never good for your results.

Last but not least: the drop rate for the "Stamina recovery (full team)" card has been increased.
